Founder Spotlight: Dorene Bair

A message from our Co-Founder & CCO, Dorene Bair: 

I’m Dorene, a 52-year-old mother of two, and I’ve spent my career in the advertising and Martech industry. As an entrepreneur and motivational speaker, I’ve always believed in the power of change and resilience. I’m a breast cancer survivor, and I’ve been living with autoimmune conditions and ADD. 

Together with my friends, we founded StayWell Global for a multitude of reasons. As friends, we’ve all faced health challenges, both personally and within our families. We are cancer survivors—not just because of our battles but also through the experiences of our loved ones. Ironically, despite all being survivors, that isn’t the sole reason we started StayWell Global. Our true motivation is to empower people to be their own health advocates. We wanted to provide everyone with the tools to optimize their heath and keep them as strong as possible, mentally, emotionally and physically and to let them know that support and resources are at their fingertips.
